Here’s what we’ve been up to this week…

  • Jane published a blog about the recent forest management plan work. She’s also been working with Kim on a proof of concept for how we display Freedom of Information requests.
  • James is writing guidance about following GDPR in user research. This will look at different approaches for a NRW-only team versus a blended team of external partners.
  • Laura and Phil published the new species licence change form and updated web pages. This work involved combining six separate forms into a single change form, making the process simpler and easier for users. We will continue to monitor user feedback and make improvements where needed.
  • Sophie continued working on the Finance Hub intranet content and met with the subject matter expert for sign off before the new content goes live at the beginning of September.
  • Heledd met with Tom from External Relations to explore how we can work more closely on communicating service changes. The recent Forest Management Plans work was a good example, with External Relations supporting the launch through email, LinkedIn and other channels.
